I must be the world’s biggest idyot. I’ve been using Gmail a lot more for work lately and for the life of me I can’t figure out the conversation view. I’m old school. I need all my emails in a linear format. I keep responding to the wrong person on the CC, with the message “Don’t worry about that email - this guy is a kook!”
Help me, please. Is there a way to turn the conversation view off and use it with “normal” settings? Or am I stuck responding to the wrong people?

I thought I’d play along. I sent her a message. My message said:
“Sarah: I thought you were dating Jimmy. Untrue? He told me he’d kill me if I ever tried to go out with you.”
I soon got a response that said: “I’m so flattered, want to know more? Watch me Weds 10:30/9:30c on Comedy Central.”
For all those YouTube fans out there, sorry, but I had to send a cease and desist letter to them today asking them to take the whole site down.
When I and my attorneys are satisfied that they are complying with all copyright laws, I will allow them to go back online.
