This ought to take the sting out of occupying

Confession: The new White House spokesperson, Dana Perino, makes my heart swoon. It’s enough to make me forget everything she says.

Actually, I have some further confessions to make. I’ve always had a secret thing for White House spokespersons, their looks and affectations. Truly, my heart leapt upon seeing Tony Snow’s rugged chin, watching Scott McClellan wrinkle his nose when he got a question he didn’t like, and Ari Fleisher’s curiously oval head. You should see my tribute wall.

Aah, politics

Dana Perino: I could swim in those eyes

Tony Snow: Lovely, rugged chin

Scott McClellan: Cute nose

Ari Fleischer: Sexy bald pate. Oh, and go Longhorns!

Of course, all of these infatuations pale in comparison to my one true love, Dee Dee Myers, spokesperson for the Clinton White House from 1993-94.
